What payment methods do you accept?

Card only (no cash).
We support: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay as well as NFC payments via Google and Apple Pay.

When do I pay?

Directly, 100% at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancel up to 48 hours before the start for a 75% refund.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability (you can switch to another available time slot/category).

Can I choose my camping spot?

Yes. Camping is free choice on site. The only limitation is your booked category and available capacity.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes—dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times.

Do you ship items from the shop?

No. The shop is for on-site purchases only (no shipping).

What are check-in and check-out times for accommodations?

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00.

What’s included in the huts / glamping tents?

Each option includes the essentials for a comfortable basecamp stay. See the accommodation page for exact inclusions per unit.

Do you have food, drinks, and essentials on site?

Yes—there’s a café and a small shop at basecamp.

Is there a guest kitchen?

Yes—guest kitchen access is available on site. We also have an outdoor pizza oven and BBQs.
